It has been awesome getting to regularly meet and speak with him about topics like his career, resume review, my own career path, interview prep, etc. Hearing about his experiences has given me great insights into how I should think about my career and what goals I should set for myself coming out of college. He has also been very helpful in advising me whenever I come across academic or career choices as well. In short, Rick has been a fantastic mentor and I am super lucky to be his mentee!
